Health professionals recommend playing bowls at any age, as it provides a number of health benefits, including:

improved coordination and skill development.

enhanced mental wellbeing.
community connectedness and support.
regular social functions

Every Tuesday the club is open from 2pm. Pop in and say hello.

Lawn Bowls is a sport for everyone regardless of age. Our sport has so many negative stereotypes for being an ‘old retired people’s sport’. This is simply untrue! Our youngest member is 10 years old and every decade is represented at our club by individuals who juggle successful careers and young families.
